Alliance Banquet Points Not Counting Properly

As the title suggests, my alliance points are not counting correctly. I have 5400 alliance points but 10800 points for the solo objective. Is there a reason for this? Has anyone had this issue?

When did you join your alliance?

Alliance event was bugged at the start of banquet and counting points for people that had been in an alliance for less than 14 days. It was fixed and stopped counting those points, this may be the reason.

I did join my alliance about a week and a half before banquet. I get my rewards tomorrow. So is it that basically all my points are lost? I feel like that’s unfair considering those rewards are really good. Any idea if contacting Kabam would do anything?

They're lost. It was in in-game messages, forums, stream and Discord. You can reach out to support, but they won't do anything for this case.
