I have seen many alliance mates and other accounts max out the deals in the webstore and only reach milestone 11 of 14. Why is this the case? The points for the event were originally listed as “Holiday Points”, and many were under the impression that they would contribute to the webstore milestones…which seems entirely reasonable given the naming.
@KabamPinwheel @Kabam(Osaurus)Rex It is not enough to just say whoopsie, too bad so sad. Are you seriously asking people to spend an additional 200 USD on top of the webstore deals to reach those final milestones? This is not the first time this has happened, and is incredibly frustrating.
What exactly are you expecting folks to buy on top of the webstore deals? Will there be another Banquet Crystal offer before the sale ends? If so, that should be communicated, and for like, the 100th time this year, why is it so hard for you folks to communicate relevant information to your player base? There have been far too many whoopsies these past few months…
