Alliance Banquet Points

I thought I was earning points and getting rewards for Alliance Banquet Milestones been in this Alliance for quite a while can’t remember how long ago I joined my point did go up at some point but now they are not. Not sure what is going on

Look at the message in red in your second screenshot you should be able to get the rewards soon enough. You weren't in the alliance for 2 weeks so not that much.

yeah my point are adding up differently though I have 5300 in solo and only 2800 in Alliance. I would have thought they should be the same

You should have 0 points in alliance, but you benefited from an early bug that they have since fixed. You can't earn points or rewards until the timer is up

Article that kabam support linked says nothing about not being able to accrue points as normal and I should be eligible for all milestones that the alliance has reached while I was in the alliance

You appear to have looked at the wrong page. They did the same thing last year, and warned players in multiple ways before the event even began. Kabam may not be perfect but this appears to be a mistake on your end overall.

I read the exact thing that I was provided in the response. That is a pretty interesting hill to stand on considering I was earning points and then next minute I’m not. Clearly a bug but want to claim no responsibility for it

You earning points was a bug, which Kabam acknowledged. You should've never earnt any points at all, period!!

That's only 2500 pts you'd be missing toward Ally Event (assuming those initial mistakenly awarded points got to stay credited once you hit the 14 day mark, you haven’t said since then ?)

And if you are looking to reach Top SOLO Milestone of 16,400 (or even a very good stopping point nearby in REALM of 17,760), then missing out on 2500 pts wouldn’t matter at all toward ALLY event, because Top ALLY Milestone is only 13,600. You would hit that in ALLY even without those missing 2500 pts.

(*and if you say that those 2500 pts are what would have let the ALLY AS A WHOLE reach that top milestone, not just individually, then the rest of Ally wouldn’t have pulled it's weight for everyone to be able to get it).

the points are needed to hit the 7200 points mark which would give me a key to a box which is the only key in any sort of comfortable range

Then you'll have to earn those points. They've already let you keep points you weren't supposed to have, they're not going to add more in

I earned the other points too you troll. Points are earned by spending units or opening crystals. I earned points from the start and that gave me a false understanding which was then later taken away which lead me to spend units at a time where I wasn’t able to accrue points. Which has been acknowledged as a bug and has affected me and likely others yet some of you who are likely to take full advantage of bugs when it suits you but want others to suffer.
