U took a laid back ez aq mode to replace a mode which need to grind xp - which is ass

& Prestige rank for aq bye bye (u were ranking for prestige??)

They reset. You start each coliseum event with every podium at lvl 1.

if they were permanent, everyone would already be at Max Podium ranks across the board. Since they even gave us double the amount last time to do that (as a 1 time only test/compensation)

(and no, those extra Podium rank-ups in Treasury got/get removed after each week that Coliseum runs)

They need to make it a 7 day event... the fact they replaced a 7 day AQ cycle with a 3 day event is stupid.

This fight sucks. Its annoying an not fun. If you paid enough to get yondu, then your good. But this event sucks. Overpriced. Another decision by kabam that makes me like the game even less.

This honestly feels.like they took an eternity of pain fight and instead of having one end goal it's nearly endless because of ranking up instead of an end completion or KO. Then on top of that grind there is monetization. It leaves me to believe they made it grindy only to sell more stuff. Then combine this it being an AQ replacement means we have to do it if we are in an alliance. Again leading more to the opportunity to buy.

If this were only a solo mode like incursions, I could skip it and not be annoyed. But as is, as an alliance game mode, it feels horrible. OP was right to call it ass.

Remove podiums
Give 10 entries free, charge for the rest

This way everyone has 2 shots for each slot. If they want to try a higher score or use different champs, use units for more entries. Scale the milestones accordingly.

I thought people were exaggerating until I tried it out and yeah it’s awful. Nefaria is so uncooperative and I’ve honestly never faced one before that is so sp1 trigger happy. If the ai was this bad in bgs he’d be a consistently good defender, I’ve never known nefaria anywhere else to throw sp1s into hard blocks. Nefaria is one of the worst bosses possible for ‘long form’ content because of his crazy resistances and regeneration ramp up. The nodes as well are tragic

I have the lowest level for the star lord piece and now I’m done . I usually wouldn’t quit but these circumstances are horrendous the top rewards aren’t worth it for such a horrible nefaria fight. I know he was tanky but he’s like anti everything lol such a tough champ. I used knull as he punishes regeneration and replaces it with degen but the fight still sucked. The block damage was just increasing rapidly

I know I must have missed something obvious but how to you get the podiums upgraded without spending units? Is there a way to earn them another way?

BWDO ticks 3 tags so she gets 20k bonus points per tag. 60k points before the fight even begins

Grind out xp, each podium level has a number you need to hit. Max xp gain per fight in hard level is 80, you get 10 per health bar destroyed.

Also, why does xp max out at 80 per fight? I’m having really good rounds and still only getting 80 xp!? This sucks so bad. I can’t imagine ever grinding enough to max the levels out and they only give us 3 days 😂🤣.

To remove the ALLIANCE Colliseum of its special features (podiums) That's the stupidest sentence I've ever seen. This is not a solo Colliseum to remove the Podiums out of here.

You guys really are scumbags. Nefaria AI is ramped up to 100% speed. An instant late on his quick heavy? Sp1 in the face. I do about 18 to 25 health bars and can full dex his Sp2, so if you're a Kabam defender, do that many before you @ me.

Can you actually grow your Podium Rankup XP by doing repeated fights ?

Or (does it seem to me) that you only increase that XP by reaching a NEW high score. As in, your XP earned is ONLY from whatever your highest achieved points (or bars, aka NOT including Tag/Prestige bonus) are on that podium, no matter how many fights you have done on that Podium,

At least that's what it seems to me in sort of limited trials so far. Even though I thought the initial description was that you could farm it like normal Summoner XP repeating fights over and over ???

Reset after the event is over. I'd have less of a problem with the mode if they didn't reset after the event is over.

I think it’s a combination of the node, defender, and then the dropped dash back inputs when trying to dex the sp2. Nefaria isn’t the best defender to pair with an unblockable node. I dexed the sp2 fully like 7 times in a row, did the same thing I’d been doing and got pummeled
