Please lift chat ban from my account kabam

Never received a temporary suspension. Thought it was a bug so waited a couple weeks then came to know about chat ban through forums.
Dont use global much at all. Was just talking with a friend about assisting in incursions then suddenly couldn't send messages. Dismissed as a bug just to later find out i Was chat banned.no warning , not temporary suspension. I don't even know how long it will last. Been 2 weeks . Alliance threatening to kick me during banquet .
If I did something wrong I assure you it will never be repeated kabam. I am but a mere paragon with big dreams.If its about my username ,it will be changed as soon as I get enough units .
It's a sincere request kabam. Please lift the chat ban
Or at least tell me reason(I know you are not obligated to).

You were most likely reported, reviewed and punished....

They also frequently go straight to permanent chat ban with no reversal. The only thing you can do is start a new account.

Brother bringing popcorn. Appreciate the reply but just to clarify I was chatting with good valiant friend of mine who still contacts me to this day . Made a diff acc just to chat with him . He aint even accepting friend rq . Probably thinks I'm some random conquerer in that account. TLDR I was Probably not reported and definitely not reviewed
