Coliseum ticket refill bug

I bought the ticket refill from the unit store spent 95 units and didn't get any tickets. So I guess the questions I have is 1. Anyone else going through this problem 2. Can I get the tickets please that would be awesome don't want to come off sounding mean I don't mean to I just want to make sure if it is a bug its acknowledged and can be taken care of thank you for your time.

is that Ticket Refill something now sitting in your inventory ?
think I heard someone say you have to go to Inventory and -USE- that item for it to refill your Treasury “entry ticket” resource ??

And, if so, then obviously don’t use it until you have run down your Entry Resource to zero first.
