if Red (Negative) Units show in your game, that means you probably bought something (with money) and then requested Refund thru your back or credit card.

Not going thru Kabam for a proper refund of something accidentally purchased, means your bank gave you your money back, but you still got to keep the stuff in game you had bought (because Kabam didn’t do the actual refund).

So (Red/Negative) Units in game, until you make the corresponding “Negative Credits Purchase” to pay Kabam back the money you took away from them. Before your balance in game is made good again.
