I spent over thirty thousand credits in the feast event but didn't receive the alliance rewards. Can you please help?

Should've either joined your alliance earlier or waited for the timer to expire so your points would actually count.

If it makes you feel any better, you could have spent 100k units and the result would have been the same.

only crystals you bought or opened AFTER reaching your 14-day time in alliance will count toward Alliance Points (and Milestones) for you.

At least they all count in Realm and Solo events for you.
