Is anyone else also not able to claim any rewards?

I spent $50 to top up my banquet event as a low spending player. I was able to get the points and all but can’t claim the rewards. Does anyone know what’s happening, sorry I’m stressed, $50 is a lot to spend on a mobile game for me.

Same here I was kicked and added back within an hour of the first day of banquet and it said I still qualified for the points but I had to wait the 14 days and I'm still not able to claim any rewards

Yeah an alliance mate of mine just had the same problem. He waited until the timer went away to open his crystals and his points are counting towards the alliance event, but its not letting him claim any milestones.

I have the same issue with the final milestone of the bigger thing event, my alliance members have reported it too, I have been in my alliance for 3 months. Anyone found a fix?

i joined my alliance right before the banquet started and have earned over 60,000 points. My probationary period ended but my points have not added to the alliance totals. Am I missing something? It doesn’t say points I earn won’t apply, so please help.

They won’t apply if you purchased/opened crystals while you had the 14 day timer. Only crystals you opened or purchased after the timer was finished.

this is ridiculous. Imjoined the alliance so we could share in the rewards. So what you’re saying is the points I could have contributed to the alliance mean nothing but I still get a piece of the final alliance reward with basically no contribution at all? The wording for the probationary period is not clear and should have been written better.

You purchased when you were not eligible. The points don’t get stored up and applied at the end.

Well mine is acting different I may have not joined the alliance on time but the timer is up and I still spent units and I should have gotten at least the bottom milestone I think it is legitimately glitched. Because I joined and it said I could participate in 14 days. Today the timer was up at 4:25. And after 4:25 I bought four jubilent crystals And I still didn't even get the bottom milestone

We need answers; there's real money at stake, and we can't afford these kinds of mistakes.

I haven't opened the pending cristals in the depotuntil I see what solution they'll have regarding the issue.

I just bought a few crystals as a test. Realm event able to claim items earned but not alliance . It was working in 2025

Yeah, I'm having the same issue as well. Tried restarting the game and buying a 15 unit crystal just to see if that would trigger it. No joy.

I don't know if it's the same thing, but I vaguely recall an issue with an event a while back, and the cause was that the event had expired internally but still appeared active.

My alliance mate grinded for the units and open 20 of them 3 hours ago
been in my alliance since day 1
never left
just because the jubilant next pity was 15

he got everything but the alliance milestones were not able to be claimed
it's like the game saying whatever the alliance got, you didn't help so you can't claim it now
