Something weird is going on with my account and the banquet rewards

Okay so I looked at my the banquet alliance event and I have 13,640 points out of the 13,600 needed to claim the jubilant crystal but for some reason I can't and then i go to submit a ticket but for some reason when I try to sign in to submit a ticket it doesnt work and I'm not messing up the email and password because I tried multiple times and I logged in to the store and into the forums, I'm just confused as to why I cant get the item and why I can't login and I'm kind hoping someone has some advice or kabam themselves see this

Happening to a lot of people and alliances right now.

Also you can’t sign in to the ticketing system with your Kabam id. It uses Google login or you create an account for the ticketing system.

It’s been a while for me but may have been that they didn’t always use zendesk. I also remember most or all of my communication being done through email.

Yeah I would also communicate via email after the ticket, I clicked forgot password and got emailed by Kabam support which is who I communicate with in the emails
