Founders keepers rainbow

Since I hit the 45k milestone in the banquet and got the founders keepers crystal. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to contact kabam in regards of it as it landed on scorpion. I was just hoping it would've landed on Jane foster or valks but I really regret it now as I'm not a huge fan of the design and I feel like I have ruined my account 😕 I would like it off scorpion with no comp of the crystal but I may not have a choice in this.
