Paragon can not have a 7* rank 4 for free

This account belongs to my daughter and we saved the units for like 6 months for the banquet. From the banquet she has the resources to take one champion to rank 4. With the overflow inventory, there is more than enough materials. The problem is that rank 4 requires 4 T4 alpha and Paragon is capped at 3/3. They only way to get the needed T4 alpha into the inventory would be through the monthly pass, which costs money. Seems like either an oversight, or a really shady way to require money to use something you already have. Hopefully, there is a way to get around this without spending money that I am just missing.

Or…here’s a thought…you can push to the next progression level…and this will no longer be a problem

SeSend a ticket to support and explain the situation. I have had alliance mates have the same issues in the past and support was able to help them.

Writing to support will not resolve the fact that the account is too low level to hold enough items to r4 a 7*

There is!! Get to the next progression level or level 60. Majority of us got to Valiant with 6 star champions.

No matter whose account it is, you reach level 60 and the inventory expands.

That's what every account goes through. Many seasoned players hit level 60 before there was even a cavalier title, so for newer players this gatekeeping seems confusing. Play or pay, in your case.

If you're able to get some XP tokens lvl 60 is really quick. Dunno if you've done Ares or do solo raid but they are worth loads of xp.

@MrSakuragi this happened to a few alliance mates with either 5 or 6*s after a banquet event and support i believe removed the resources and manually ranked the champ on their end. It isnt a common problem since the resources usually require you to be at the higher progression level support is typically very helpful when this does occur. Not every interaction with support is always negative.

probably a tech support person who didn’t realize that the problem was that they were NOT Level 60 yet (for this case of Star/Rank). Or similar situation with lesser ranks and even lesser Summoner Level.

They probably should NOT have bypassed the requirements for whomever it is you know that claimed Support did it for them. Or maybe there was an actual problem with their Inventory/Stash (different from all the other posts about this situation has been in Forums here all Banquet season (and before)).

but as mentioned, it won't cost you any money if you just do enough questing (use your XP Boosts beforehand) to reach Summoner Level 60.
