An entitled complaint of some sort about Banquet

Banquet Realm ranked rewards just dropped.

Gotta say me personally after dropping the equivalent of around 500-600 USD of SBCs it doesn't feel great to get Rank 4-5 6* gems and 1 T7B.

Not really a complaint since I'm sure the whaling this banquet was an all time high, and the spending was probably expected to be less for 6-10% (my bracket), still feels bad though.

Overall a phenomenal event though and very well run, especially with the sig stones on the T5A pull, and the quick rollout on rewards and communication. Props to Kabam and the team. Just hope next year the realm ranked rewards are buffed.

Did you have any units going into the banquet? That was a probably a difference maker for a lot of players. When you've got $1,000 or more worth of units, that's gonna overwhelm a good deal of spending by players who didn't save up.

Yeah I did have around 8k units saved, my point still stands though. But its also a weak point, why I called it a entitled complaint.

You’re looking at it wrong. What did the $500-600 USD get you? How many more R4’s were you able to get? Awakening gems? Titan crystals, etc?

If this is your first time doing banquet, you should know that if you want the juicy ranked rewards you will have to put up some good numbers.

Its like buying a product that has a promotion that says "Now 25% more" i don't know call it detergent or whatever, and then saying they paid full price just for 25%....

You spent 500 bucks, got 500 bucks worth of items even if it was gambling, the ranking and placement is the extra bonus. Should the ranking rewards be progression based? Probably; but you decided to spend knowing what the rewards were.

The 6-10 ranking is really insulting; 4, 5, 6* represents only 6% of the players. At least 2, 3, 7* could have been better, or three T7s instead of one.

I agree with the 6* rankup gems though. just out of place. and honestly. just feel like fill and useless.

kabam gives the 2x 7* nexus and 1.5 titans from the 4-5% rank reward. and power level close enough on par with 7-2’s. so 4-5 6* gems just seem out of place.

if they didnt want to add more 1-2 7* gems. which have use as long as 7*’s are current phase of the game. then add the raw cats. or the t6cc crystals and let rng have its way.

life of 6*’s has ran its course. so whats the purpose of still putting 6* rank ups in the rank rewards?

This... I was extremely optimistic that 102k would have landed me in top 1%. From what I've seen, I missed by about a 10 top of SBCs, but that's not the point. Which I almost bought last minute. Again, not the point. Even with the 2/3 rewards & everything throughout the banquet made my roster 10 times better than before. Call it copium, call it whatever you want, but there's no way to avoid seeing how plentiful this event was....

Honestly, I was very frustrated to score almost 90,000 points and not even be able to rankup a 7-star rank 4.
I spent $600, which in my country is 3 minimum wages, an amount that takes people three months to earn working. I was counting on being in the top 1%. It was extremely frustrating.
Last year I scored 43,000 points and was in the top 2-3%. This year I scored double and stayed in the same place.
Even having gotten the 7-star Punisher, ranked up more than 10 7-star rank 4s and having gotten practically everything I wanted, the feeling that remained at the end was one of frustration. Getting the same reward as people who scored 30,000 points less is very frustrating.
