Who do I rank first for 9.3 exploration?

My goal is to fully explore 9.3 and I have 3 champs I can rank up to help out with that, but I should probably rank them up first. Should I r3 Okoye (awakened), r2 Yelena (awakened), or r2 Anti Venom (unawakened, but i have an Science awakening gem for him). Once I do the exploration though I'll probably be able to rank all of them anyway, but which would help most with exploration?

okoye is crazy helpful for a ton of questing content, but you should try 9.3 out first and see how you do before deciding to rank people up! 7* r2 or even r1 can certainly clear a lot of the content if they are the right counters
