Request for Compensation: Missed Alliance Milestone Rewards Due to Removal During Christmas Event
Dear Manager,
I would like to address an unpleasant experience regarding the alliance reward milestones in the recent year-end Christmas event. During this major annual event, I was unexpectedly removed from my original alliance without prior notice. After joining another alliance and participating in the year-end event, I purchased crystals, and the mission interface indicated that I would be eligible to receive alliance milestone rewards two days later. However, I was once again removed from the alliance before I could claim the rewards, causing me to miss out on the remaining substantial rewards that were just two days away.
I do not understand why players can be removed from their established alliances during such a major event. Although the event has now ended, as a long-time fan, I have been playing the game with a sense of regret over the past few days. I feel quite disappointed about missing out on the alliance rewards due to this mechanic.
My questions are:
1. Is there any possibility of compensating for these missed rewards?
2. Could the alliance system be adjusted to include protective measures for non-organizer players during major events like this?
