Alliance Banquet Rewards Not Granted Despite Reaching Milestone

I’m posting this to report a possible issue with Alliance Banquet milestone rewards not being delivered correctly.

Details:

Event: Banquet (Alliance Contribution)

My personal contribution: 5,600 points

Alliance total contribution: 639,030 points

Alliance milestone reached: 42,000 points (and above)

As shown in the event screen, my contribution meets and exceeds the minimum personal contribution requirement listed for the alliance milestone. However, I have not received the corresponding alliance milestone rewards.

I’ve already:

Restarted the game

Waited for server refresh

Checked stash and mail

Confirmed I was in the alliance before and during the event (not a late join)

Other alliance members appear to be receiving rewards, but my account has not.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing:

The milestone reached

Could the team please confirm:

Whether there is a delay in alliance banquet reward distribution, or

If there is a known issue affecting certain players, or

If additional criteria are required that are not clearly communicated in-game

Having the same issue, they released a statement saying that they'll fix it, but it'll take till after the banquet event ends

The rewards you’re showing were not unlocked by your alliance even though you met the individual contribution.

In this case it's not just you, but also in your alliance it is just you. You may have contributed enough to hit the minimum individual requirement, but those are team milestones. How are your 20,000 points going to unlock a milestone that requires 208,000?
