What kind of luck is this, two punisher in 3 crytals is wild. Congrats. I would love one of him and would definitely rank him up but that's because I like the character. You should test him out first before ranking him up.

is Punisher worth a generic awakening gem? or should I just hold for some future because he doesn’t benefit much?
Considering he’s likely to not be in the base pool.. unless I missed something stating otherwise..

I only pull science class gems so not much hope of getting a skill gem any time soon 😑

As much as I love the Punisher, I wouldn't use an generic on him, a skill gem 100%, but it's your game so so what works for you.

Rank him just to flex. No but seriously he's a decent stall defender and a good Rhino counter, so I'd suggest taking him to rank three. Nothing beyond that unless your really enjoy playing him though
