That’s ROL Juggernaut in 60 hits with a class advantage and 53-seconds, not 40. ROL WS would be at least 80-90 hits and about 1-minute and 30-seconds, like I said, even with the boost he’s using to create an R3 equivalent. This is his most optimal matchup possible, as it constantly makes use of his extra burst damage when preventing unstoppable. It’s proof of absolutely nothing. I’m sure this guy will make a bunch of Falcon (Pillow Hands) videos and turn the thinking of the community completely around.

Probably the other guys’ alternate account, again using an optimal Juggs fight to showcase mediocre damage at around 1-minute. Somehow this proves a 40-second WS kill with a class disadvantage. I want to see evidence of the thing that was claimed, not of a carefully controlled reality. You didn’t specify in the first several posts, and I assumed that you were talking about WS for reference because I was. You probably didn’t specify to imply that it was a less than ideal fight, and then you had time to make screenshots of an ideal fight with a still higher time than what you originally claimed. Upon review, you claimed 40-seconds, then 50-seconds, then posted 53-seconds and 55-seconds in Falcon’s best possible matchup. That’s the real strawman here. If this were a court case, the only person buying your story at this point would be you, and your client would be going to jail.

If at the end of the day you’ve managed to at least convince yourself to R4 this champ despite 50% of the science class being better than him, have fun.

I've had Joaquin at R2 for a while and used him for a while. The problem wasn't really his damage. His damage is fine (not amazing, not bad). The problem was that he didn't have enough debilitates to take Enchantress, and that in terms of utility all he has are a slow, block damage mitigation, and a very slight dex replacement. The only thing he really does well is slow.

His block damage mitigation is good, especially on specials, but most of the time you'd dex over taking specials into block. If they gave him a steadfast with the defensive instinct or something he could at least be a good counter to all the unblockable shenanigans in the mystic class and beyond.

The only time he mentioned “40 seconds” in any capacity was when he responded to your jab about how nobody would r4 Joaquin with “yeah I will enjoy taking him to r4 and doing 40 sec fights”. That was the only time you could argue he “claimed” a 40 second fight time. You just straight up do not have any reading comprehension, which is probably why you seem so concerned about lawyers; I’d also think everything sounds like a court case if I had as much trouble parsing text as you do.

Thats why i said he only need 3% boost on his trauma or a potent precision based on his debuffs to keep with his gameplay, he can carry on his own his problem is catch up with more relevant content like others

R3 not boosted and playing as aggressively as possible. More like not too good. That guy skipped posting the Rhino and Storm results from in between because he couldn’t get as good of a time. My results are not even as good as the supposed R2 results he’s getting under who knows what conditions:

I should also mention that I don't use the sp1. I loop sp2. The 40% fury on the sp1 is too small, and there's no pause. The sp1 is only useful when the opponent has like 10% health left. I honestly thought they would buff his fury but they didn't. On the other ROL fights this is typically what I get. I'm rank 2 sig 20 unboosted, no synergies.

Believe me guys, I'm not satisfied with his performance. I'm just saying that he had just enough damage that the buff could've focused either on more utility or more damage and they gave him neither. They just made him more comfortable to use.

You didn’t actually say Juggs for a while. You posted a picture of a Juggs fight (which didn’t initially load for me) with no verifiable conditions, rounded it down to 50 seconds, and then proceeded to talk about 40 second kills. I had to go back and read every line of your many pages of comments to follow exactly what you were saying. I did miss the predictive R4 part initially. So wow, you caught me reading your scattered comments poorly. So we are left with a 53-second Juggernaut fight with a supposed R2 not boosted and nothing optimized in the masteries. Of course you didn’t say that there was zero optimization, but you sell it as a routine R2 fight. The problem is that I’m only able to reproduce that same time for the Juggs fight alone and with an R3, which is already not that good of a time on its face. If you think Falcon is that good, check with others in a poll for what they are also seeing in their testing. For example, I didn’t even run ROL initially because it’s not very representative. I did some practice fights and then did them also with my top science champs, consistently finishing at least twice as fast and in far less hits. Many of those are also just R3. It didn’t take me long to realize that Falcon is bringing a reliable slow to the table and nothing more.

Here's a test I did in LOL just now. Wags prefight. No boosts, no synergies, no suicides. I haven't tested a lot of R2s in LOL, but for a champ that should be good at long fights, I'd probably expect better. I didn't use the sp3 except once cuz I got pushed and surprise surprise the sp3 is not very useful. Probably only useful in fights where you have to be pretty passive, and it'd probably be a huge slowdown. If the sp weakness from his sp 1 could do what the sp3 one does, and the special 3 did something more useful that would've been cool.

I mean, the buff is ok, bringing Torres to mid or high-mid. There are better science champs and many of them. The buff is just ok. I’m not even sure how this comparison to Scorpion became relevant. Clobberin said he’s not saying he’s as good as Scorpion but went through this trouble to prove that he’s close. He’s not that close, and reality can only be bent just so far. Scorpion is not my favorite science champ, nor is he the best, and I’d still take Scorpion or ten others any day.

Skill? I didn’t take a single hit in any one of the consecutive fights, intercepted to speed it up when possible, and tried my best to get a good time. The hit counts are different than yours regardless of the time, so something is not the same. Doesn’t matter because the other guy got a similar result. We weren’t impressed with what we saw ourselves, and even the times and hit counts you are supposedly getting with a vanilla R2 aren’t that much better. If you do have to play even more optimally than I did just to get ok results, then there is still a big problem. It shouldn’t be that hard to squeeze the juice, and Falcon is falling way short of the meta. Ok, he’s not exactly pillow hands. He’s just not that good. Does that sit better?
