Still frustrated by the duration and timing of the recent Coliseum

I'm not sure what Kabam was thinking by running a 3 days events, one that requires a lot of grinding, during the NYE celebration and with such a critical piece as the Stellar Forged for reward?

Talking to my alliance mates I realized many of us missed it. We were so surprised when we try to play on the evening of January 1st (Europe Time) and it was already gone. On the 31st and 1st it was impossible to find time to play the game.

Is anyone else in this situation? Will there be a chance to earn this piece other than spending 5000 units in a couple of months?

Yup, I found that very frustrating as well. I barely had time to get the piece (and nit much higher) and I was working NYE (but only during the day at least). Much of my alliance had the same issue.

I also find the 3-day period in general frustrating as well and I wish they would extend its duration to match Raids. There is sooo much content that it's hard to keep up with everything, especially if there's a such narrow window do any particular event.

It was not even a 2hr job to get the piece. Nothing else had a timeline.

Everyone in our alliance reached the Star lord piece as it was in the 3rd milestone and obtainable on Day 1 of the event (December 29th). We had 4-5 people that either didn’t want to grind or were busy and didn’t reach the 3.5m max solo milestone.

I got the piece on both my accounts and I worked a 12 hour night shift NYE and NYD

I don't like the 3 day format either. Having 3 podiums when you start makes it feel like you are immediately behind and makes it too grindy overall. I would rather see it run 6 days with the tags lasting 2 days each and the podiums unlocking one per day.

I mean between grinding arena for banquet, battlegrounds event, general question there was already couple of other stuff to do. I think I was just very surprised - as I didn't pay extra attention to the timer I'll admit - that it finished on the 1st. And I still think this was a weird move by Kabam again to put this piece during that period. They couldn't expect everyone to be free for a 2h job on these dates. I and other alliance team mates were expected it to end on the 2nd at least 🙁

GG! Personally, I was flying on the night of the 30th, and then I worked from 2 PM on the 31st until 5 PM the following day, with only a big nap in between.

I really wish I’d had more time. I usually never miss content or pieces, like the Deathless pieces, but that’s because they usually give us much more time and it doesn't fall during such a busy period.

I do think considering the coliseum ran for 7(?) days I do think the time to get the piece could have been extended but the cynic in me says that just takes money from kabam from those like yourself that couldn't get it and now have to use 5k units

Taking away 7 days of AQ and giving you 3 days to play Coliseum

4 days not utilized at all

Yeah, I don’t get why it was only three days. I don't think there has ever been any content that lasted such a short amount of time ?
