Kabam unhelpful

I made an error and ranked up she hulk instead of deathless she hulk.
While this is my error, I thought let me attempt to ask Kabam to help rectify my error

KKabams Response was unable to help since the rank was up to level 55 instead of under level 10. I only realized my error when I went back to the champions tab and saw what I did

Further to taking 2 days to respond to me, I used the champ in ROL and they say due to this they cannot help. But talking our money they are no1

They've been consistent on this issue for a very long time. If you level up a champ, then you're not getting it reversed.

Plus side for you, you ranked up a great champ instead of a great champ. I would R4 OG over Deathless myself if I had her.

If you rank up and don't touch the champ they will reverse it once every few months or so. Since you leveled the champ they can't do anything

Please! The characters are different colors - none of us buy this as an “error.” More like buyer’s remorse.

Kabam reverses rank ups all the time, but they only do it for accidents. Ranking up the wrong champ is a single button press and is easy to do. Once you invest levels in them, that’s a lot more inputs where you should’ve realized the mistake and makes it look less like an accident and more like cold feet. Using said accidental rank up in a quest like you have, though, is absolutely the big no-no point where you definitely should know better. Once a rank up has made you tangible progress in content, no matter how meaningless, there’s no way they can reverse it. That’s where you’re trying to have your cake and eat it too, and support isn’t gonna buy that.
