Seems like a mix of his mcu design with some of his more modern comic designs. That staff is 1000% the mcu staff, but most comic depictions of him prior to the mcu are not the kind of thing they'd want to include during black history month but he definitely has dreads in a recent comic appearance. Its gotta be a composite of a few

I would say he could have a design similar to Jabari Panther, maybe blended with the MCU design and have some detail recalling his Classic design (probably just a white/grey color).
