Why isn't Lizard labeled "Dinosaur?"

Seriously, he's maybe the 2nd closest thing to a dinosaur in the game next to Sauron who is a literal pterodactyl. Not even labeled for Tooth & Bone saga! What the heck?

He's at least labeled meteor and is saga. Also doesn't dinosaur mean big lizard?
