Rank 1-2 Gems missing from 2-3% rewards.

Anybody else notice this ? We were suppose to have 2x 1-2 gems in rewards but they seem to be missing .

yeah bro no need to keep tagging them, they are aware and have other things Im sure they are dealing with. Id wager them arriving with the sig stones they promised from Banquet for those that got t5a shards.

Yeah bro this had a direct effect on hundreds of players that spent time and money on the event. They haven't made an announcement thread about this. Just one comment about comp. There are other players that aren't aware of this issue and it's equal to 10+ high end cats that aren't super easy to get in game. So I'm trying to keep it visible for the players that don't know. Because this is a good reward that people don't know they are missing and without an official announcement I don't want it to get forgotten or passed over. Hopefully it comes with the sig stones. But the last update was that there was no time line. I've bumped the post once and tagged twice in total with one response. So it's not a "keep tagging them" situation. There are also other tiers that were effected if you read through the comments. So this is not some little thing. This is hund

Yeah dude I am aware this has affected lots, I myself am incredibly appreciated of this post as its another example of the discrepancies Kabam continually have with misinformation and miscommunication they have between their Forums and their video game that I have been caught up in before including missing these rewards as someone in the 2 to 3 percent with 63k points and usually the stupid incursion timers just to name an example as I am not religiously on here nor read all the posts.

Prior to your last two bumps (which were direct tags one of which seemingly failed but nevertheless an attampt made, on the same day and repeated tags of said person) this thread had already recieved an answer on the situation, that it would be rectified and I'm sure like any other time you will have to keep an eye out here or the discord for an official post. Yeah, I'd love a couple R1 gems right now but they aren't game changing for anyone let alone anyone reaching this rank in Banquet considering either unit or real dollar spend to get to that point, the development teams have more important things to deal with aside from rewards they have acknowledged and confirmed as missing and will rectify.

By all means, keep bumping this post to make people away, that's fantastic of you to do, I'd just suggest stop annoying them on this one matter when there's more long term problems more important overall and they had already acknowledged the OP of this thread and others.

Bro, they made 13 million dollars last month. 13 MILLION DOLLARS. I hope @Kabam Crashed gets a big fat raise for having to deal with all us delinquents here on the forums. But I really don't think it's that big of a deal for me to keep this alive. I'm not successfully tagging this post multiple times a day but I think once a day or every other day isn't going to break the wonderful kabam team. That said just for you my fellow summoner I'll stick to bumping the post. Just for you. I don't want my tagging to cause you any type of ill feelings and for whatever reason it seems like it struck a chord for you. We in the 2-3% brotherhood my guy! do we know if anything else was missed? This was a great catch. But I bet a lot of us just assume rewards sent are what was supposed to be sent. I’ll be honest. I don’t check. Thank you to those that do. Wonder if this has happened before and just not noticed??

Where did you get the amount? And you know employees get salaries. You wanna bump it , good, do it once a week not everyday. They already acknowledged it, this type of thing won't get done in 1day

As stated above, multiple bumps and tags every day are not necessary here.
Crashed already said there will be a comp that is in process - the pokes aren't making the process faster.

I'll check in on this in the morning.

I said this in a thread a few months ago but I will post here as well. There isn't a magic button we can just push to fix something like this. It's a fairly involved process and it takes some time, and we have been working through it this week. A lot of these resources are shared with other things, like cleaning up the Alliance Coliseum cheaters which we also had to do this week.

When something like this goes wrong the comp process requires:

Someone from LO to decide what we are going to provide for compensation
Someone on the data team to produce the list of affected accounts and the compensation for each
Someone on LO to create the comp package in data
Someone on LO to write the comp message
Translation of the comp message into all of our official languages
QA testing of the comp message
Scaling our servers to send out the comp message

As stated in most of my comments. There are still people that don't know about this. The bump is to get it off of page 6 so people not chronically on here with their wonderfully fun attitudes, will be able to see it. This effects hundreds of people and without an official announcement there is no way they would know.

If you want to gather players for a some reason, or annoy others, please make your own thread with specific intention to bump until whatever you want.
