Is High Evolutionary really that bad? Will he get a buff?

Been away from the game for a couple of months and just got back into MCOC. Just picked up and was able to awaken a 7* High Evolutionary. Seen some mixed feedback on him. Wondering about people's opinions on him now that he's been around a few months.
Does anyone think Kabam will rebalance/buff him any time soon?

Yeah he's trash attack wise and won't be buffed

i feel like he is annoying. He is a time burner in BGs and can be tough in war. I think the main concern is his 5/5 defender rating.

his value is also his prestige. Other than that well

I like him, I have 7* r3 dupe and is awesome on defense, if you play him well sp2 then sp1 usely drops most of the opponents quickly for me.

He doesn't quite seem like a 5/5 defender . There are other champs that are way more annoying as a defender than High Evolutionary. If he is to warrant a 5/5 rating, I would think he should get a buff somehow to match the hype. Quite disappointed as I was always a fan of the character in the comics. Really wanted to be someone I could use regularly.
