Are Wisdom and Intelligence masteries worth (temporarily) investing in?

Putting aside where you would pull the necessary mastery points in order to max out Wisdom and Intelligence, would doing so significantly decrease the time to get each new level while reguarly using 50% XP boosts?

Or are Refined XP and XP Coins still the best means of leveling up?

I never bothered with either mastery back in the days of working towards level 60, but now that we have great rewards up to level 70, I'm finding myself wondering if they would be worth investing in just temporarily.

I'm also curious to know what levels people are at. I'm halfway through Level 64, but imagine I'm way behind the curve since I didn't do any of the early War Showcases nor most of the Everest content.

Refined XP is worth 1000 times as much as the equivalent amount of normal XP. Refined XP Tokens, in turn, give 1000 refined XP, aka 1 million regular XP. Both of the refined variants are unaffected by XP boosts, which I assume includes the masteries. Regular XP simply does not make a noticeable difference to your level up progress. Even if we assumed everyone got special mastery points that could only be used on the XP masteries and nothing else, investing in them would be completely negligible once you’re grinding past level 60.

As a FtP player who has exhausted basically every source of refined XP without missing any limited-time sources (that I’m aware of anyways), I just hit level 66 a few days ago. That seems to be the rough limit. I believe the sigil gives you access to more XP but it’s not a huge difference.
