This is just a guess but they probably can't send anything out until the AW challenge ends in case people pull tier 5 from the Jubilee crystals.

On a positive note, the fact that they have started rolling these out means we should hopefully stop getting new posts asking about their status every 8-12 hours.

You didn't get any t5 from alliance coliseum? I am sure there are going to be alot of people thinking there was a mistake just looking at their t5 and forgetting 2 drops of it came from coliseum.
