seven star sig stones from t5a fragments

i got the inmail email but did not receive any of the promised sig stones i should have recieved 300 but did not get any. was this a premature email? or is anyone else having issues with not receiving their seven star sig stones.

I got 100 less than I should have. I hit T5A 5 times and only got 400 sig stones
