Banquet Event Compensation – Received 400 Instead of 500

Hello Kabam team,

I received the compensation today related to the Banquet Event, and I appreciate it. However, I believe the amount may be incorrect.

Based on my pulls from Jubilant Crystals, I obtained Tier 5 Alpha five times, which should correspond to 500 7★ Singular Stones.

Unfortunately, I only received 400 7★ Singular Stones.

Could you please review this and confirm if the remaining 100 stones will be sent, or if there was an error in the calculation?

there was 3150 from the first coloseum another from the 2nd coloseum plus some in the ranked rewards

I also received 100 less Sig Stones than I should have : 400 instead of 500.
I checked the calculations (banquet rewards and the 2 Colosseum rewards), and I also wrote a message in a dedicated chat every time Tier 5 Alpha Catalysts came out of the Jubilant crystal (5 times). So it’s pretty much foolproof.
That said, I received 100 fewer sig stones, and I’ve already sent a ticket to support.

Based on the screenshot in your other post, you got the right amount of sig stones. You received 3150 fragments from Coliseum.
