Doubts about being banned

I started playing this game when I was in primary school and played for seven years. This is my second account and I have never used any cheats. I was banned because of my fast progress. I don't understand where my problem lies

If this is just mis-typing, or translation, which is understandable, then ignore what I will say below.

But if you mean that SOMEONE ELSE trying to login to game with that other account of yours, and “HE” is showing you what it said on “THEIR” screen when they tried to login as you. Then that would be Account Sharing, and against the Terms of Service, and thus by maybe why detected and Banned.
