I received Tier 5 fragments from a Jubilant Crystal, which is why I was expecting the compensation that Kabam had officially announced. However, I have not received the compensation so far.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter and let me know why the compensation has not been credited to my account. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this at the earliest.
