Signature stones compensation missing

Does anyone else have the same problem as me?
I have gotten 3 t5 alpha Fragments from the jubilant crystals (yes i counted them). And in game I have 9450 t5 alpha fragments which adds up to the 3 t5 alpha fragments pull. But in the mail I have only received 200 sig stones. Can anyone tell me why please?

Did you get T5A frags from other sources like Alliance Coliseum?

No I didn't i think. I haven't played colosseum that much.
