BGs PSA, some matches not counting

I was just trying to knock out my 5 matches for season start rewards while on my break/lunch, for my mini account.

First one counted fine but the second one counted as "Off Season"

That's messed up even for Kabams bugs.

Glad I didn't pay 10 bucks for extra "rewards"

I'm unable to even take part in the ranked matches. Tried restarting the game, but no change.

It says off-season when you fight with energy (unranked match). Have you tried again just to make sure you didn't accidentally click the energy button?
