On PC for the Epoch Ares Fight, what would 'Swipe Up or Down' be?

would it be S or W key (block or heavy/light) or mouse wheel or Up arrow key and down arrow key?

Gotta hold block and use whichever button you have bound to swipe up.

To my knowledge, in settings, you can set it as one button, but you'll have to hold block with that button.
