Twitch drops not showing up

When i go to twitch to watch live streams the drops arent showing for the new batch. It still shows from the kabam live stream and shows in twitch drops if scroll down but is all grey out. Anyone else having this issue?

The streamer must enable drops

It is automatic once you start watching

kt1 but yes the streamers all have enabled. For some reason the drops themselves look like not updating times.

Things you need to have done in order to get credited for watching live stream MCOC content:

Your kabam account needs to be linked to your Twitch account.
you need to 'follow' Twitch streamer account live streaming MCOC.
make sure the Twitch streamer you are watching has 'drops enabled'.
watch the live stream until the time required is fulfilled.. then claim the items as they become available to you.

Check your MCOC game to see your rewards.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex i claimed the 7 star twitch drops from twitch but it is not showing up in my game yet after restarting many times fyi I received the energy refills and rebirth crystals but not the 7 star shards twitch drops

Do you know what's the issue in my account?

They'll show up after a bit of refreshing. I've had a problem where they haven't showed up in game though

There are several threads about this issue. This is not a setup or login issue. They drops are simply not showing up in game once claimed. It's been 3 days now.
