I haven’t got my radiance for BG every season I’ve hit it

I hit gladiators circuit the past couple seasons that I’ve been playing and have gotten no radiance. I’ve won a match to make sure it register me. And I’m missing about 40k in radiance now. I’m unable to sign into my kabam account to make a support ticket. And I’m very confused as to what’s happening to my radiance?

your best bet would be to figure out a send to get your Kabam account back, and then make sure you provide screenshots and a detailed description of each time you feel like you missed out on radience

You need to fully play at least 1 match and be on the leaderboard for the radiance

The last 6 times in a row I reached GC, i played 5 times to be sure to receive my precious...I mean... Radiance 😎
