Rank up 7* stark Spider-Man or 7* Cull?

I know there’re both 10/10 attackers but when compared to each other which one is “superior”? I can rank 4 one of them
I mainly play BG’s and monthly events/quest

Stark require ramping up and some skill

Cull is easier to use

In BGs, Stark Spidey is one of the most powerful attackers of all time because of how versatile he is. I believe Crashed has already mentioned this.

Very few champs can mess with his damage because it doesn't revolve around buffs, debuffs or having to do things like stun. Just dex to build charges and nuke away. If he's duped, go Stark.

I’m surprised a lot of people are saying Cull when Starky does almost the same amount of matchups and more, and unlike Cull he doesn’t rely on buffs or debuffs his damage is kinda just there and that’s it.
