X23 dupe not preventing NF second life

I tried Cassandra vs NF and she was able to stop NF's second life with marked. Used an AG on X23 since she's tactic and I assumed she would work the same way, but her marked is not preventing NF's second life. Is this a bug or intented behaviour? I don't understand what the sig is for if it is intended behaviour. I have a screen recording also but not sure how to upload it.

Marked doesn’t stop Nick’s second life. Cassandra works because she prevents Skills from having a Regeneration Rate higher than their Health as a percentage, so when Nick hits 0% and triggers his LMD, he can’t heal due to his 0% Regen Rate and promptly dies. The Marked has nothing to do with it, hence why X-23’s doesn’t stop it.

That's so disappointing. So her sig is useful only against Punisher? Wish I'd known before I wasted an AG lol

I’m sure the extra Vicious potency and Regen when Bled aren’t nothing if you’re interested in getting the most out of X-23, but yeah her Marked isn’t particularly impactful in most circumstances. There usually has to be a relevant node for Marked to do something.
