Missing Twitch Drops?

I’m missing my twitch drops that I claimed today. The last time there was twitch drops there was also a 1-2 gem that I didn’t receive. Thought I would let it slide and hope I would receive it later but looks like there might be something wrong. My Kabam account is connected and I have previously claimed rewards in the past without any problems. Is there anyone else having this issue?

@Dead_Ben Did you get drops finally? I have same issue. I claimed drops yesterday but still don't see them in my game account :(

I submitted a ticket for missing 7* shards a couple days ago and Kabam Support got back to me today indicating they had fixed the problem. Went in game and yup my 10k 7* shards were there.

This is the third Thread on this issue of missing drops that I have commented on. Mine aren't working either. Still no reply from Kabam.
