Pause button in bgs

Kabam need to remove the pause button in bgs. I'm tired of running into a player that pauses their match to preserve health. It's a cheat code to say thr least. Why is it even there.. the time still ticks while you are paused. @kabam please remove

Pause button is nonsensical, because, the one that does , is a cheater, hacker and hammer.

And it's a clear unsportsmanlike behavior

I don't think that's point issue. I've been into matches where I finished under 30s and the opponent just wait there in hopes for me making a mistake

it’s definitely not a cheat code. It’s not hard to score above 15k points. Running into a pauser should be an automatic win. If you have the patience to sit their matches, it should be easy. Let’s please leave this topic alone. It only encourages the single celled organism, fish monkey

The problem with removing the pause button is that there are legitimate reasons for it being there. As much as I loathe people who just pause their way through matches, I do want to be able to quickly pause my game if I need to sneeze or something.

But yeah, I hate it when people pause. Even if you absolutely clobber them, it's still just such a nuisance. The matches drag on for much longer than they need to, and the competitive element also completely disappears which just drains all the fun away as well.

It always boggles my mind how many people will defend the practice/hound people who dislike it, though. Sure, a sub-15K score is really bad and would lose you the fight in most cases anyway, but at the same time, I've had plenty of times when both me and my opponent have ended up far below that because neither of us had a good counter to each other's nightmare defender. We've also had metas where you take near-unavoidable damage and everyone's scores are consistently low unless you have a very specific counter (looking at you, Electric Defense). But even if there is no particular reason for someone dipping below 15K points, I'd still argue that they put in more effort and are vastly more deserving of a win than someone who just flat-out refused to engage with the mode.

In the end, though, it's just not enough of an issue for me to really care about. Plus, like I said, I don't want the pause button removed.

Kabam already said they cant and wont remove the pause button. So, just get used to it. If your that impatient waiting 2 minutes, you have bigger issues.
