Dimensional Arcade Not on game

Anyone else having issues finding the Arcade? I have restarted my game,phone and its all updated

Where is the store?

Location for Arcade is along right side icons on main game menu (NOT under Fight Menu or next to Side Quests, etc)

Store (#1) is in normal game Store, for buying Tickets (aka Arcade Currency).

Store (#2) is actually inside Arcade itself, for spending that Arcade Currency to buy either Profile Pics, more Tokens (Entry Tokens to play the game each time, which supposedly otherwise will just refresh at start of each “day” like energy ??), or Star Power.
