Stark-Enhanced Spider-Man (Sparky): Generally considered the highest priority among your list for an awakening gem. His signature ability significantly boosts his damage output and utility, making him a "broken" attacker in Battlegrounds that can ignore class disadvantages and handle top-tier defenders like Bullseye.
Guardian: He is widely considered a high-value awakening choice. While he hits hard unduped, his signature ability unlocks massive tankiness (energy resistance and block proficiency) and the ability to manage bleed nodes. However, to reach his full potential, he requires high signature levels.
Ultron: Awakening him adds significant utility, particularly for "Hazard Shift" nodes and energy damage matchups, as he regens from energy damage. He is a top-tier Tech 7-star who can still perform well unduped but becomes much more versatile with the dupe.
Recommendation: If you want the best attacker for all modes, go with Stark-Enhanced Spider-Man. If you want a tank who can ignore energy damage and bleed, choose Guardian.

Starky but needs sigs too.

Starky or Guardian, depending on who you like using more. IMIW is good for defense but that’s it. Zola really only needs it for attack. Others are fine unduped.
