Champion prestige buff?

I thought the buff to the lower champions prestige was coming with this update.

I saw the Stream and Mike said this was next month, but that was in 30st January, so I also thought it would be this update too.

My juggernaut got his prestige increased from 32k to 33.2k since the update

i believe it will be in March since it was the February Livestream referring to next Month Prestige Update.
