Champion prestige buff update

The prestige calculator in the official site of kabam has been updated, and I decided to check the difference for the lowest champions in prestige too see the difference; here are the results.

Note: Champions with the lowest prestige that didnt receive a re-tuning are:
OG Black Panther, Invisible woman, Howard the duck, White Magneto, Kingpin, Corvus Glaive, Mordo, OG Thanos, Angela, Blade, Joe Fixit, Emma Frost, War Machine, Dr Voodo, Deathless Vision and X-23.
