Mystique (mutant) - been waiting for this one since i have started playing this game
The Executioner skill/cosmic - can have synergy with Enchantress and with Hella, can have the assasin mastery built in, to execute the champion (pun intended).
Ego (cosmic) - we already have mantis and starlord and galan, so this would fit great.
Viper (mutant) - cool character, she can have power steal as a mutant, and maybe apply concussions since she disables powers.
MoonKinght [movie costume] mystic,draws his powers from the Moon God Konshu, . the series costume is absolutely amazing, it made it into other games as well, so why not here too?
Surtur (we have dormammu and galactus, so why not?) - mystic champion
Blob - skill or mutant, could bounce debuffs like porkgrind was supposed to be, lots of damage, resistance, a modern take on kingpins kit maybe, ..
