Arcade is just stupid

at the next coliseum you can leave out the node that the defender wants to do a sp2 faster because that is the biggest nonsense and misleading because that arcade only spams you with sp1 once it is already above 1 bar.

I think enough has been said on the forum about this arcade coliseum. You guys can really work on improving it, or no one will play it anymore 😉😉

I don’t understand in general why we get tortured in every single content being released. We play games to enjoy, relax and having fun. Mcoc is just a exhausting chore at this point..

I would have significantly less issues with the fight if it was a Solo Coliseum boss. If I had two weeks to get down 80 health bars, that would have been fine. But he sucks as a 3-day Alliance Coliseum boss. No one in my alliance reached the final solo milestone, despite getting there pretty consistently during previous AC weeks. It's not even just a skill issue, but having to rank up the podium as well. He's so annoying to fight that doing it over and over and over again is just a huge slog, even if you actually get the health bars down. I think I only ended up with three podiums at level 3, with the remaining two at level 2. That's also the first time that's happened.

And also, don't drop both Coliseums at the same time, especially if they're both harder than they've ever been before. The mode has existed in the game for about two months now, and I'm already experiencing Coliseum burnout. That is not a good sign.

@HerizonHaze i totally agreed with you we play mobile games for fun not to frustrate yourself. It's okay to put in effort to get content done sometimes, but now almost every piece of content they release is frustrating to play and takes away the fun of playing the game.

I'm sick of kabam giving arcade stun immunity in every big piece of content. Back in the wheel of fate we had to deal with him being fully stun immune, now we have to pay attention to the timer that alternates between slow, heal block and stun. If we could stun him when we wanted to I feel like this arcade boss would have been a lot easier.

I genuinely didn't enjoy fighting Arcade. Much like I didn't enjoy most of the Eternity/Summer of Pain bosses.

But I like a challenge. And, it wasn't an unfair fight; which it probably would have been if he was also Awakened.

And did he have a Special bias node? I definitely didn't observe him having any kind of Special bias - I got plenty of practice dodging both SP1 and SP2. I went in with no idea how to dodge his #2, and got pretty good at it by the end of three days

I totally agree with @Ercarret about there being too much grind in this one Coliseum, let alone there being two simultaneously. but still, it's been an investment of time that's going to mean Arcade is a dramatically reduced threat for me, going forwards.

My feedback, for what it's worth:

Make sure that the tags actually include reasonable champion options, please.

Cut the grind required for ranking podiums somewhat. I recognise why it's there; but even 20-30% less would be great.

Having both Coliseums simultaneously again is just excessively punishing. Or if they must overlap, stretch the solo Coliseum to five days.
