Hulk Ragnarok “Face Me” Ability Not Working Properly?

The amount of health gained back is inconsistent from fight to fight, and it varies from the 70% target stated in the abilities section.

i just wanted to report this also, I don't get Face me from bleed or most debuffs, sometimes i get it but it stays on for like a second or so and disappears again (even if the debuff is still on me)

It only applies to passive damage over time (Magik's Limbo, Dormammu's Degeneration, Mephisto's Aura, etc.).

It’s 70% of the damage taken. If the damage is lower the regen will be lower
Edit- I looked at the picture. It does look broken, great

The damage value in the second image is correct, why was it included?

It's 80% when it should be 70%. Both images show a lack of consistency across fights, when there should be no difference.

Its 80% with 3 points into recovery.

So why not in the first pic?

In the first pic I believe the enemy is running despair. And the person who is play HR still has 3 points into recovery. My theory breaks though if limbo doesnt proc despair, but the math almost lines up perfectly.

It could def be an issue, my main point was that the second image is simply the value from 3 points of recovery and has no place in this conversation.

Both players have despair. If Limbo triggers despair, then that is most certainly a bug, since Limbo is not a debuff.

    Exactly my thoughts.

Lets be honest, would we have known before if limbo was procing despair lol. Hulk is out new tester.

limbo does not proc despair, this has long been known. theory wrong. Kabam's poor math skills are evident everywhere is much more likely than this theory. There are numerous pics of players leaving 1 path to complete all of act 5/4 and the numbers are 100 100 100 96% complete but the total average for complete act exploration is listed at 95% or lower. You can't average 4 higher numbers to get a lower one by any meaning of "average" (median, mode, alternate universe silly math, etc). They just can't do math is the most likely explanation.

"limbo does not proc despair, this has long been known." All these new bugs appearing and you all of a sudden become the know it all on whats possible and not possible. My theory isnt just a theory, the math lines up. Just because you say "theory wrong" doesnt make you right.

Also explain to me how anyone proved that limbo doesnt proc despair- other than by kabams word of it. I'm really interested in hearing this one.

So if its passive over time, shouldnt this also include Iceman's coldsnap as its placed passively on each opponent?

Coldsnap isn’t a passive debuff, it’s an active one, you get Willpower healing off of it.

Second pic looks working as intended. Can you try to get a different screenshot against Magik? It seems to me that the numbers shown are the health lost from suicides and gain from willpower on Magik, not Hulk ragnarok.
