I bought that supply drop with the valiant crystals and shards and it's not showing up now

I got through the first 6 drops and today should be the shards, but it's not popping up. My calendar came up no problem but no supply drop. I should still have like 2 weeks to go on that thing. And I can't find it anywhere to check it. I've closed the game and reopened and nothing. Anyone else having any issues?

I was able to submit a ticket. So that's in. Hopefully we will hear something soon. That wasn't cheap to just disappear like that. A day before the nexus week too. This sucks.

Happened to me as well, it is completelymissing from calendar and not in the stash . Was looking forward to having my pick of 3 max sig 5* haha (Just missing MBaku/not max sig). They actually have decent chances of 6* and 7* in there, so I'm just playing

Support just told me to try restarting the game and to uninstall and reinstall going to try now.

I bought it as well claimed days 1-5 and on day 6 the calendar disappeared so now o cant claim the drops for days 6 & 7

Was just told by support that they are looking into it, they "hope" to get it resolved today, and anything missed will be sent "LATER" by the game team. Not super inspiring. This cost over $40 after tax. Not cool at all that it just disappeared from all our accounts. And then we just have to wait for stuff we paid for already to just come later. Really disappointed with that support message.

@Kade7175 This is a 30-day calendar, the missed item of course cannot be sent instantaneously.

Saying anything aside from the word "hope" would be irresponsible of the support team at the stage where they wrote that message - they shouldn't be speaking in guarantees.

All that being said, I believe we have fixed the issue, and at Calendar reset time this evening all should be back on track! Once that's confirmed, we'll get the missed item sorted.

This is paid content. This isn't a freebie y'all are throwing out or some quest reward that was bugged. We already paid in full for this. There should be some guarantees and some urgency to getting this resolved.

@Kade7175 it is, of course, going to be fixed - and I got it fixed immediately when I saw the issue.

What I'm saying is that there should not be a guarantee sent from the support team that it will be resolved today, before the fix is confirmed.
