Can’t Rank 4 my 7*

finally got enough materials to rank 4 my second 7* ever and i couldn’t choose anyone better than my duped NUKE Hyperion, yet when I try to rank him up he it says I have a tier 4 alpha catalyst in my storage but it requires 4 in your inventory, I have 4 catalysts i don’t understand why i can’t rank 4 him, I already have a rank 4 7* BPCW , am i missing something or is this an extremely annoying error

Try to claim it from box.

Did you upgrade the BPCW with a rank up gem or catalysts?

Play one or two solo raids and use the tokens to reach lvl 60

you need to reach level 60 to hold enough of them in INVENTORY, not just Stash (which can not be used for rankups)

Or buy the Sigil subscription, that generally increases Inventory holding limits.
