This node in bg “ intensification reinforcement “ what does it actually do ? I dont understand it because the translation is awfull

Intensify increases the effects of other buffs gained by a champion. If you’re playing Angela, for example, one 25% intensity buff will increase the strength of the fury buffs you gain from her kit.
