Do you pick the sig 200 or not from a nexus

This applies to players who have every or most 6* in the game. I was watching MSD opening and he was picking champs from his romance nexus crystals who weren't sig 200 to get them to sig 200. Whenever I open a nexus, if all 3 options are dupes, I always pick the sig 200 to get the max sig crystal. I thought that's common but now I wonder. Who do you normally take?

You can't get max sig crystals if champs aren't max sig, so might as well try to get them all to max sig

Always pick champs that arent sig 200 to increase their sig levels
